    UBS Wealth Management

    Discipline under pressure

    Led expense and margin discipline through the global financial crisis, and partnered with McKinsey on a cost transformation that delivered $150M in savings within 12 months.

  2. 2011 — 2015

    CIT Group

    Owning the outcome

    As Segment CFO, owned full P&L and led the turnaround of a $5B+ global business across three continents, plus finance for major joint ventures.

  3. 2015 — 2019

    RBC Capital Markets

    Building from nothing

    Designed the capital planning program for RBC's first Federal Reserve CCAR submission across ~$200B in assets, hiring the team from the ground up.

  4. 2019 — 2025

    Verizon Business Group

    Scaling transformation

    Unified a $32B product portfolio, built FP&A from scratch for a $12B organization, and led AI adoption in finance. Named 2025 Female Telecom Leader of the Year.

    Unlocking human potential

    Founded Bodhi-Verse to advise CEOs and boards as a fractional CFO/COO, serves as Treasurer & CFO of ICF New Jersey, teaches AI in Business and researches AI adoption for her PhD.
